On Monday morning, Rookie Robert Quiroga made an announcement on what country license he will race with. Robert confirmed he will be running with a Mexican license. "I know that being American is a great honor and I should be proud to have a license under it. I am very proud, but I'm prouder of my heritage as a Mexican. Besides, the US Anthem will play if I win due to Monster Energy Racing being an American team."
